So, Here is my collection of Scanner frequencies. I scan at home with a Radio Shack PRO-106 Digital scanner and a UNIDEN BC898T Analog
Trunk Tracker III Scanner. Both of which share a J-Pole antenna mounted about 35 feet in the air. I can affectivly hear Fannin, Grayson,
Hunt, Lamar and Collin Counties in Texas and Bryan, Carter, Johnston and Atoka Counties in Oklahoma. I'm an avid enthusiest of State
Agency Scanning so I listen to Texas DPS and Parks & Wildlife the majority of the time. I'm not a big fire buff so I don't scan
much in the way of Fire/Medical services But I do listen to the Texas Forestry Service radio system a lot.
All of the files above
I write in Word and convert to PDF. These are downloadable to anyone however I do keep personal finds from searches to myself. Mostly
sensitive material or maybe even a new LTR system from Sherman or Paris.
I find I have the most fun in the scanning hobby when
I scan for myself, I recomend to anyone who likes to scan to do the same. I've found that becomming a member of the Big Scanner websites
and involving myself in the communities that I get wrapped up in the politics of the site and lose focus on the Fun of Radio Scanning.
But
if you're bookmarking me and you frequently check back to visit and wish to pass on something you have found or want to Identify correctly,
maybe even find an error on my stuff. I am always open to private corespondence via email. Feel free to send me mail even if its just
to say hello.
